Why Join our Sales Team

We are looking for a high energy and tech savvy SMB Account Executive to join our sales team, who is experienced at selling at a similar ACV (around $5k-10k)

As part of the Mangomint sales team you will develop, strategize, negotiate, and add new customers to Mangomint's customer base. We have aggressive goals for 2024 and we need self starters that can see themselves selling a product directly to salon and spa owners and are extremely passionate about understanding and solving our prospects' challenges.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Run a sales process from lead to closed opportunity with companies that have 5-50 employees
  • Conduct sales discovery calls/texts and product demonstrations
  • Maintain and nurture a pipeline of inbound leads
  • Learn and stay up-to-date with business trends in the salon and spa industry
  • Forecast pipeline accurately and achieve monthly goals
  • Act as the voice of our customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Effectively leverage and communicate with internal resources (sales manager, customer success, product, marketing)
  • Close new business deals

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 2+ years in a customer-facing role in a SaaS sales environment. Ideally selling to companies with an ACV of 5k-10k
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Extremely comfortable speaking with new people over the phone, text, video and in person
  • Organized and committed to taking fastidious notes and tracking customer communication
  • Willing to travel occasionally to visit customers or team events
  • Coachable and take responsibility for your own development
  • Strong negotiation skills and know how to gain alignment with your buyer
  • A strong sense of urgency that moves clients from analysis to action
