Mainstay is looking for a Head of Engineering to lead their 25-person engineering team, building a culture of high standards, direct feedback, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has technical depth in distributed systems, data pipelines, and AI tooling, and has a proven track record of increasing output and quality without scaling headcount.
