What will you do?Design simple solutions for complex problems, showcasing a creative approach to problem-solvingParticipate in high-level product strategy and vision development in support of our mission and user goalsDevelop design requirements and schedules in collaboration with Product ManagersCollaborate with developers, designers, researchers and other team members to concept, design, prototype and implement design solutionsEngage with users and clients to understand what they want to accomplish with our productContribute to and maintain Lumin Digital’s design systemPresent designs for input and critique while being responsive to feedback from team members, customers, and usersHandle design projects independently while executing on requirements within the defined schedule Partner with Development, Product, Support and Configuration teams to support our clients
Required Skill SetRelentlessly high standards for design excellence Accountability to your users, customers and your teammates A collaborative design mindsetAbility to implement design thinking processesUser Experience and Interaction DesignUser Interface and Aesthetic DesignBackground in responsive designWireframing, Visual Design, and PrototypingProficient in creating and validating User StoriesCommunication and Presentation skillsExperience working with Product Managers and Engineers Experience working with Figma or similar toolsExperience working with design systems
