Partner Distribution Leader
We are looking for a strong leader to help drive the distribution of our product through partners and to build relationships with those companies that recommend and select clients in our space. A successful leader will find partner organizations who can bring Lumin into new deals leveraging their client relationships. This includes expansion of addressable market, application of strategies to access more of Lumin’s current market or moving into adjacent markets.
RESPONSIBILITIESOwn and manage 3rd party consulting relationships to drive new sales and pipeline. Develop a comprehensive business plan for growth across the US through partners that can help grow digital banking platform sales (directly or indirectly) and align with strategic objectives. Evaluate new use cases for Lumin’s technology to grow the business in other channels such as health care spending accounts, personal financial management software or global use cases. Develop a comprehensive business plan for growth across existing markets through partners with 2-3 key partners over 3m in revenue within 2 years. Analyze potential partners, build business cases and drive relationships leading directly to the sale and distribution of Lumin’s software via 3rd party partners.Build relationships with third party evaluators in our space, drive awareness of Lumin Digital’s products, differentiators and value proposition to push Lumin into more evaluationsDemonstrate growth in the sales pipeline with 3x coverage to attain consistent sales results via distribution partnershipsAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule and slot plan.Manage a part of the sales team focused on down market targetsBe a great team player partnering with all Lumin Digital colleagues to build the business. Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to improve the process leveraging all available tools and providing input to make them better.
REQUIREMENTSProven track record of success as a partner manager who has built distribution partners in the pastProven track record of exceeding sales targets through excellent relationship management, negotiation and communication skills. Openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback.Ability to manage complex relationships with 3rd parties, sales teams and internal stakeholdersKnowledge of CRM practices with ability to apply insights and data to optimize the client experience and life-cycle.BS/BA degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline such as business or marketing.Strong prioritizing, time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow through.Ability to create and deliver excellent presentations tailored to the audience needs.Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
