The role:
The Project Coordinator, Global Onsales is an exciting position that sits on the forefront of support and innovation for Ticketmaster’s Marketplace and Onsale Platforms. Focus includes acceleration of key Tour & Onsale related growth initiatives and general company goals related to scheduling of Tours, Revenue & Demand, Fan Experience, TM Marketplace, and Onsales across all Global platforms.
The span of company & product initiatives includes Ticketmaster/Live Nation websites and apps, TM+ (resale), Open Platform, and projects impacting tours & onsales. Includes marketplace and digital vision at large, such as: emerging TM Music programs, Primary sales programs, Dynamic Pricing / Pricemaster, Verified Fan, Platinum, Transfer, ISM, 3rd party API’s, 3rd party resale, and related projects as they arise.
What the job is:
Coordinate the collation of various onsale data sources to help provide a cohesive, global view of upcoming Onsales.
Review an assembled library of real world indicators of demand (Social, Streams, etc.) that help inform demand.
Interface with product developers in providing UI/UX feedback for the Global Onsale Tool and associated tools.
Assist with major Onsales and log time-sensitive metrics as needed.

The expected compensation for this position in Washington is:
$24.00 USD - $30.00 Hourly** Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities Act. It assumes that the candidate will be in Washington or perform the position from Washington. Similar positions located outside of Washington will not necessarily receive the same compensation.
