Partner Onboarding Manager, US (Remote)
Linnworks is growing and looking for its next NORAM Partner Onboarding Manager!
As our Partner Onboarding Manager, you will manage partner relationships within our network of Certified Onboarding Partners. As their primary POC, you will ensure our partners are fully resourced and drive project delivery across all associated customers.
You’ll support the Partner Services Manager in key deliverables centered around successfully and promptly onboarding customers. The Partner Onboarding Manager will focus on achieving customer goals and aligning with partners to manage customer expectations throughout the onboarding process.
This position is open to applicants residing in the Eastern and Central US Time Zones
In this role, you will:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all partners.
- Assist with allocating new service projects to partners.
- Act as Project Lead for selected partners.
- Assist Project Leads and provide oversight for all partners.
- Ensure that all SLAs for our customers are met.
- Ensure that service partners have access to all documentation and information needed.
- Provide weekly and monthly updates to your manager on partner performance.
- Be passionate about customer service, ensuring partners are champions of our values.
- Keep partners up to date on processes and new certification
- Provide coverage for the Partner Services Manager and Project Leads.
- Churn minimization: Minimize the number of service partners who leave by ensuring satisfaction and engagement with Linnworks.
- Risk mitigation: Reduce the risk associated with service partners' projects by providing proper oversight and support.
- Time to value: Minimize the time it takes for service partners to become proficient in our platform, allowing them to start delivering value to our customers as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate will bring…
- 1-2 years of client-facing experience in a SaaS, e-Learning, or Services company.
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience with project management and technology implementation
- You're a motivated self-starter with plenty of grit and resilience
- You are an exceptional problem solver, with a strong ability to process and synthesize information
- You are commercially and technically minded: You have a clear understanding of the role that the product plays in driving business success
- You are ambitious: You are excited at the prospect of contributing to the growth of a fast-paced tech company, and you won't settle for mediocrity anywhere along the way
