As an IT Lead, you'll manage our existing IT team member, take direct ownership of day-to-day IT work, and play a key role in driving automation and efficiency across the company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations or systems administration, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or senior role
- Strong hands-on skills across macOS and Windows environments
- Experience with MDM solutions (Kandji, Jamf, Fleet, JumpCloud, or similar)
- Solid knowledge of Google Workspace administration
- Experience with identity and access management, SSO, and directory services
- Experience designing and running structured onboarding/offboarding processes, ideally with some level of automation
- Scripting ability (Bash, Python, or similar) to automate repetitive tasks and build internal tools
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall basics)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication: you can work with engineers and non-technical teams alike
