Consultant / Business Development Executive - Subrogation

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Consultant / Business Development Executive with deep expertise in U.S. Subrogation to support client acquisition and strategic growth initiatives on a per diem basis. This role focuses on leveraging industry knowledge, relationships, and market insights to identify and secure new business opportunities while advising on subrogation processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential clients in the U.S. subrogation market
• Drive business development efforts, including lead generation, outreach, and conversion
• Leverage existing industry network to create new client opportunities
• Advise on subrogation workflows, compliance, and operational best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service offerings
• Represent the organization in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Provide market intelligence and insights to support growth strategy

Qualifications & Experience:

• Extensive experience in U.S. subrogation (insurance, healthcare, or related sectors)
• Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, or sales
• Strong network within the U.S. subrogation or insurance ecosystem
• Experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a consulting / per diem capacity
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach

Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours:

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) – 9 AM - 6 PM
