The Role:
As a Freelance Recruiter for Likha Careers, you will be part of our Referral Program to help find applicants in the Philippines for our biggest clients. Your primary goal is to connect with professionals all over the country and tell them about the available jobs through Likha Careers. You will work collaboratively with our client services team to understand client requirements and execute an effective talent sourcing strategy. You will do this through genuine and selfless efforts to better the professional lives of all that you meet.

The Responsibilities:

• Refer friends, colleagues, relatives, and professionals in your network to apply for open jobs at Likha Careers
• Spread awareness about open jobs at Likha Careers online and through word of mouth
• You DO NOT need to interview applicants, just refer them via our ATS

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Open to anyone with or without experience in recruitment
• Amenable to pure commission-based payment setup
• Genuine willingness to learn
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with web-based ATS and CRM platforms is a plus

Sample Commissions (per successful hire)

Entry Level roles = PHP 5,000 to PHP 10,000

Experienced non-manager roles = PHP 10,000 to PHP 50,000

Manager roles = PHP 30,000 to PHP 100,000

Executive roles = PHP 80,000 to PHP 150,000

Note: Commissions vary per role and will be clearly communicated whenever roles are opened for referrals
