Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) plan
LifeSouth offers a paid time off (PTO) system to all full-time employees. PTO hours accrue every pay period and can be used for vacation, personal time, illness, bereavement or time off to care for dependents. Employees can accrue a maximum of 200 PTO hours.
Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer match
If you participate in LifeSouth's health insurance program and enroll in the HSA, LifeSouth will deposit money into your HSA personal bank account for your out-of-pocket health costs. LifeSouth's contributions to your HSA are not taxable income. You may deposit your own funds to the HSA through tax free payroll deductions.
