How will you make a difference
The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the design and execution of the B2C email marketing campaigns and mobile push notifications for our online business verticals.
- Design and implement direct email & push marketing campaigns to improve sales revenue and increase customer retention
- Performance monitoring and analysis of the main KPIs and customer database to provide insight and recommendations for future campaigns
- Develop the customer segmentation strategy and the selection of data and user lists for targeted email and push notification campaigns
- Weekly and monthly reports from email and push marketing efforts
- Ongoing multivariant tests on subjects, content, design and landing pages in order to maximize revenue
- Upgrade email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features
- Create monthly newsletters in order to promote customer engagement
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in the administration of the editorial plan
- Ensure emails & push notifications follow industry policies and best practices and keeping up to date about technology industry

Requirements
What will make you stand out from the crowd
- At least 2 years hands-on technical experience building, executing and supporting complex email, SMS, and push solutions.
- Previous credible experience of CRM / email campaign management
- Experience of using email marketing software (Marketo, Campaign Monitor, MDirector, Selligent, etc.)
- Experience using push notification platforms (OneSignal, Firebase, etc)
- Ability to prove experience of database marketing, analysis, segmentation and customer profiling
- Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on analysis( Data driven mindset, ability to make decisions and improvements based on data).
- Strong communication skills, confidence when presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Strong marketing capabilities
- HTML & CSS basic knowledge
- IP and domain reputation check and troubleshooting
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with SMS delivery tools
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- A/B testing experience
- Good level of English
- Experience with email testing tools
