Junior Product Specialist (Full remote within Spain)

We are looking for a Junior Product Specialist who will work on creating custom form structures and documents based on competitive analysis.

Responsibilities

• Map out competitors’ forms and templates for german market
• Create custom form structures
• Apply legal changes
• Prepare the preQA for forms and templates
• Solving NoQA issues within the project
• Participate in the design and creation of complex form workflows
• Tracking user stories and assigned epics
• Make improvement proposals for the product flow to help improve times
• Make improvement proposals for our excel sheets to improve mapping times
• Apply basic knowledge of Google Sheets and basic formulas to achieve problem solving
• Research new products
• Communicate constantly: doubts, suggestions, feedback, etc.
• Collaborate on project documentation

Requirements

What will make you stand out from the crowd:

• High level of English and Spanish (German is a plus)
• Meticulous and attentive to detail
• High logical capacity
• An ability to collect and analyze data from various sources to identify key insights, spot optimization opportunities, and inform product decisions
• Able to anticipate next steps and ask necessary questions
• Experience working with cross-functional team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A can-do attitude: you are passionate about solving significant problems, and you get things done
