Key responsibilities:

Leads.io is on the search for a Part Time Sales Advisor who can complement our dynamic work environment.

Your main role will be to contact customers who have made an enquiry with us, helping them to find installers to provide them with a quote. Your ability to convert the enquiry into a sale is key.

Other responsibilities are:

  • Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls from enquirers on our websites
  • Handle enquiries from various omni-channel platforms, ie Phone, WhatsApp, Email, Chatbot
  • Confirm and check the accuracy of customer data in relation to the job requirements
  • Keep up-to-date with developments on our websites, products and services

Your qualifications

  • You have experience in working towards KPI's and targets
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets isn't a problem for you
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Be self motivated
  • Communicate and listen effectively
