Key responsibilities:

Leads.io is on the search for a Business Development Manager to complement our dynamic work environment. In this role, you will be expected to focus on the acquisition and expansion of new business. We are looking for a Business Development Manager with tenacity, who is not afraid of telephone acquisition and is fluent in English and one of the Scandinavian languages.

Other responsibilities are:

  • Drive new sales and actively engage in hunting for new business opportunities.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain overall commercial responsibility for your clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to foster a positive and productive work environment.
