The Opportunity

We're seeking a talented Technical Project Manager to join our client's team in Falls Church, VA. This position is focused primarily on onboarding and implementation—no sales quotas, no upsell pressure—just delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Onboarding new customers and ensuring successful implementation of solutions

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned accounts

  • Providing product training and support to customers

  • Monitoring customer health and addressing issues proactively

  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience

  • Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics

  • Focus exclusively on customer satisfaction, training, and experience - you're not expected to carry any sales quota or revenue targets

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical project management or customer support, customer success in Enterprise SaaS or technology companies

  • Strong interest in privacy and knowledge of regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities

  • Ability to work from the office in Falls Church, VA, 3 times per week
