About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our growing Product & Technology team. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, scalable digital solutions while shaping development best practices and mentoring other developers. This is a high-impact position where you’ll work across the full development lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and evolve our digital platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain high-performance fullstack applications using Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

• Design robust, scalable RESTful APIs and GraphQL services to power seamless frontend-backend integration.

• Lead technical planning: define scope, estimate tasks, and guide kickoff and planning sessions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Marketing) to deliver innovative features that align with business needs.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.

• Leverage Datadog or similar tools to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance reliability.

• Champion security and compliance standards in all stages of development.

• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to teammates on architecture, design, and best practices.

• Ensure system high availability and redundancy across development and production environments.

• Create and maintain clear, thorough documentation to support knowledge sharing and onboarding.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and share knowledge internally to foster team growth.

• Contribute to the broader digital strategy, helping us deliver world-class online experiences.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in fullstack development, with strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Deep experience with Next.js, React.js, and Node.js.

• Proficient in PostgreSQL and integrating databases into production-ready apps.

• Strong knowledge of API development, both RESTful and GraphQL.

• Advanced experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.

• Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Datadog.

• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and Git-based workflows.

• Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

• Experience working in Agile environments with iterative delivery.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with Elixir for building scalable and concurrent systems.

• Familiarity with PHP in modern web development environments.
