Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA specialists to execute project tasks efficiently.
- Drupal Expertise:
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Drupal development, providing guidance and solutions to technical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with Drupal best practices, security standards, and module integration.
- Client Communication and Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to provide updates, gather feedback, and manage expectations.
- Identify opportunities for additional services or enhancements based on client needs and project evolution.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Foster a collaborative team environment, motivating team members and facilitating effective communication.
- Conduct regular meetings to review project progress, resolve issues, and optimize workflows.
- Quality Assurance and Deployment:
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of bug-free, user-friendly web solutions.
- Coordinate deployment activities, including testing, staging, and final release.
- Risk Management and Problem Resolution:
- Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Address issues and conflicts promptly, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (3 years) as a Web Development Project Manager, specifically overseeing Drupal projects.
- Deep understanding of Drupal CMS, its architecture, themes, and modules.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and Agile methodologies.
