PurposeThe Growth Marketing Analyst is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across various platforms, such as META (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok. This social media specialist will work closely with the creative and analytics teams to create engaging and effective ads that align with the company's goals and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement paid social media strategies that support the company's objectives and target audiences
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns on a daily basis, using data and insights to improve performance and ROI
  • Create and test different ad formats, copy, images, and videos, using best practices and industry standards
  • Monitor and report on key metrics, such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per result
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities and trends in paid social media
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment across channels and campaigns

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in paid social media marketing in a B2B or B2C environment
  • Proficient in using paid social media platforms and tools, such as META Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, X’s (formerly Twitter), and TikTok Ads (Pinterest is a Plus)
  • Be up to date with the latest trends, innovative tools, and releases from Social Media Paid Ads platforms
  • Familiar with web analytics and tracking tools, such as Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate data and insights
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to produce engaging and relevant content for different audiences and platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Experience in managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns for different objectives, such as awareness, lead generation, and conversion
  • Experience in creating and testing different ad creatives and formats, such as carousel, video, and lead ads
  • Experience in conducting A/B testing and multivariate testing to improve campaign performance and efficiency
  • Experience in using META Pixel and Conversion API, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and TikTok Pixel to track and measure campaign results
  • Experience in using Excel, PowerPoint, Looker Studio, or other tools to create and present reports and dashboards
