Inbound licensed insurance sales role within Kin’s growing Agency division with $70K+ OTE, uncapped earnings, and company-provided warm leads. Focus on consulting with homeowners and building customized policies across multiple carriers - no cold calling required.
Requirements
- 1+ years of insurance sales experience in a fast-paced brokerage environment
- Experience selling with multiple carriers across multiple states (home, auto, umbrella, jewelry, etc.)
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Strong understanding of insurance products and policy processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a natural ability to close deals
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools
- Call or contact center experience (brokerage experience preferred)
