Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Be the centre of excellence for qualitative & quantitative customer research in B2B.
  • Lead the design and execution of major B2B research studies that follow research best practices and methodologies.
  • Lead development of customer listening channels, such as relationship and transactional surveys, to develop an understanding of customer sentiment related to KCP products and services.
  • Analyse customer feedback results across regions, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and performance against ongoing initiatives.
  • Provide day-to-day support in technical implementation of listening channels in Qualtrics platform and by collaborating with integrated platforms’ support teams.
  • Provide recommendations, develop communications and help influence strategic decision making, with ability to utilize data and insights to support decisions.
  • Present research findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Research and Insights.

  • Experience with Qualtrics (or at least similar platform) required.

  • Strong stakeholder management, capability bringing together and aligning a wide range of internal and external partners.

  • Passionate Cunstomer Focus.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of other languages, particularly Spanish, is advantageous.
