Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in end-to-end projects for system implementation, providing input to design documents and coordinating technical deliverables.
- Create technical documentation, implement project change requests, and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as a liaison with external clients for requirement gathering and alignment.
- Conduct market and user research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze user feedback to refine product features.
- Collaborate with CTO and COO to develop product strategies, define requirements, and maintain documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Min. 5 years of proven experience in business analysis or product management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Proficiency in documentation tools and project management software.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Great English communication skill.
