Day to day you will
- Work closely with customers and sales as the technical subject matter expert on the Kasada product (bot detection, web app integration)
- Deliver engaging technical demonstrations to prospective customers
- Proof of concept scoping, implementation and management
- Be communication centric - Educate customers and drive internal enablement
About you
- Ideally you will have had similar first-hand experience with managing bots, either in operations or representing related solutions
- You are innately curious and approach challenges with a growth mindset
- Highly experienced in HTTP as a protocol and technologies that drive the modern web
- Familiar with HTTP debugging and log analysis tooling
- Experienced in debugging web applications using browser tools
- Understand layer 4 and layer 7 technologies (load balancing, reverse proxies)
- Understand CDN functionality and configurations (Cloudfront, Cloudflare, Akamai etc)
- Have a great understanding of web applications, how they are architected and built
- You love working with customers and excel in offering them a white-glove experience
