The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders across the organization, use AI tools to surface insights, and drive HR project management. 5+ years of progressive HR experience and prior SaaS or high-growth tech experience are essential.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Prior SaaS or high-growth tech experience
- Genuine GTM domain fluency
- Data fluency
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools and agentic workflows
- Strong working knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance
- Project driver with ability to deliver results across multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience coaching senior leaders through org design decisions, workforce planning, and strategic and human implications of building AI-augmented teams
