Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Tracking and Analytics (60%)

• Google Tag Manager Tracking Implementation: Design, implement, and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) tags for various marketing campaigns to ensure accurate data collection and tracking.
• Enhanced Conversions Tracking: Set up and manage enhanced conversion tracking to improve the accuracy of conversion measurement.
• CRM Platform Integration: Integrate CRM platforms with advertising dashboards to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting.
• Offline Conversion Tracking: Assist in the import and setup of offline conversion tracking to capture and measure offline interactions.
• UTM & GA4 Tracking: Perform checks and debugging of UTM parameters and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) tracking codes to ensure proper data collection and reporting.
• Data Connection Familiarity: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of data connections between various marketing tools and platforms, ensuring data integrity and reliability.

Automated Report Creation and Maintenance (20%)

• Assist in creating reports for the performance team and external clients in the form of dashboards
• Assist in updating and managing information on the internal database to keep all automated reports fresh and up-to-date
• Assist in maintaining existing reports that the performance team uses. Make sure that fetched reports have data integrity. This involves but is not limited to, budget pacing reports, performance dashboards, and creative analysis reports
• Assist in resolving or troubleshooting tickets submitted by the performance team regarding existing dashboard projects
• Assist in writing SQL scripts for customized solutions in creating performance dashboards
• Provide support in ad-hoc report requests. May it be on DataStudio, BigQuery, or Google Sheets

Technical Support (20%)

• Assist in communicating with the performance team for any technical issues on reporting tools that need to be relayed to the client
• Assist in collaborating with the team in terms of delivering quality reports and dashboards
• Receive briefing from the performance team on new projects
