Build smart automation at Digip as an Operations Automation Developer (Full-Stack PHP Laravel & React)

3,500–5,500 EUR/month | Full-time | Fully Remote (CET hours)

I’m Victor, and I started Digip because I wanted to make trademark protection simple, reliable, and accessible through smart technology.

We’ve built an AI-powered platform that simplifies trademark management, enabling businesses to safeguard their brands without getting bogged down in endless paperwork or manual processes.

At Digip, we believe in combining great tech with great people. Our team in Stockholm is small but ambitious, and we’re constantly building new tools that automate legal and operational tasks. We want our colleagues to feel empowered, supported, and part of something that’s growing fast.

If you enjoy solving real problems with smart solutions, you’ll feel right at home with us!

We’re looking for an Operations Automation Developer (Full-Stack PHP Laravel & React) who loves solving business problems with technology and thrives on building smart automation.

You’ll be the kind of person who’s comfortable switching between deep coding tasks and jumping on a call with a colleague to understand their workflow and how you can make it better.

In this role, you will:

💻 Build and maintain automation solutions that streamline legal, customer, and operational workflows
🤝 Collaborate with non-technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable solutions
🔍 Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively build smarter ways of working

This is a full-time role, and you’ll be working Swedish office hours (Central European time).

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need:

✅ Proven experience as a developer with strong skills in PHP (Laravel) and React/Next.js
✅ Experience in automating workflows and building integrations across business systems
✅ Strong understanding of operational processes and ability to collaborate with legal/operations teams
✅ Experience with HubSpot and Google Cloud Platform
✅ Familiarity with LLMs and AI-driven automation
✅ Excellent communication skills for working with non-technical colleagues
✅ Commercial mindset, focused on efficiency and scalability
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, proactive approach

Brownie points:

⭐ Experience with platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n alongside custom code
⭐ Background in legal tech, SaaS, or compliance-driven industries
⭐ Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR)
⭐ Experience integrating or extending CRM/ERP systems
⭐ Hands-on DevOps experience (CI/CD pipelines, containerization, monitoring)
⭐ Familiarity with prompt engineering or fine-tuning LLMs
⭐ Prior work in scaling automation for high-growth companies
⭐ Startup or scale-up experience in cross-functional teams

The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and curious about how operations work. You should feel confident owning projects, translating business needs into code, and working independently while still being a strong team player. Ownership, accountability, and a practical mindset will help you succeed here.

JobRack's story began in 2015, born from a vision to connect businesses with the exceptional remote talent nestled in Eastern Europe. Initially founded by two enthusiasts of Eastern European developers, the platform aimed to bridge the gap between business owners seeking skilled professionals and the rich talent pool in the region. The early years focused on establishing JobRack as a go-to resource for companies looking to hire great people from this specific geographical area, emphasizing the strong educational background and technical skills prevalent there.

A significant turning point arrived in 2018 when Noel Andrews acquired JobRack. With a background in leading large teams in the corporate world and a burgeoning entrepreneurial spirit, Noel saw the immense potential to expand JobRack's mission. He refocused the company on bringing the power of Eastern European team members to an even broader range of businesses. This new chapter was marked by a commitment to a 'helpful and friendly hiring' philosophy, aiming to build lasting relationships and provide robust support throughout the often-complex remote hiring process. Recognizing the evolving landscape of remote work, JobRack further expanded its talent sourcing to include South Africa in 2023, identifying the incredible talent and similar value propositions this region offered. Today, JobRack prides itself on being more than just a job board; it offers 'Done With You' hiring services, actively sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates to ensure businesses find not just employees, but dedicated team members committed to their long-term growth. This hands-on approach, coupled with a deep understanding of the remote work ecosystem, has enabled JobRack to facilitate thousands of successful hires, helping businesses worldwide build high-performing remote teams.
