JOBLINGE is Germany's leading non-profit organization dedicated to fighting youth unemployment by helping young people with difficult starting conditions find apprenticeships and employment. Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Munich, JOBLINGE operates as a social franchise with over 30 locations across nine independent regions throughout Germany, from Hamburg to Berlin to Munich, Frankfurt, and Cologne.

The organization works on three core pillars: Activation with PLAN A, placement through the JOBLINGE program, and ongoing support with basecamps. In their six-month program, young people aged 15-27 learn essential social and professional skills through group projects, receive guidance on their strengths and suitable career paths, and gain practical experience through company visits, workshops, and internships. With an impressive 80% success rate, JOBLINGE has helped thousands of young people make the leap into training and work. The organization combines engagement from the business community, government, and private citizens to create personal perspectives for youth while helping to close the skilled worker gap in Germany.
