In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless and secure IT operations across a distributed, remote-first workforce. You will manage the lifecycle of devices, systems, and user access while delivering prompt technical support that keeps teams productive and connected. Leveraging modern IT tools and platforms, you will implement process improvements, drive automation, and maintain compliance with security standards. This role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational growth.
Accountabilities:
- Conduct end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup, software installation, and new hire orientations.
- Provide comprehensive support for macOS, Windows, and mobile devices (Apple and Android), troubleshooting technical issues efficiently.
- Manage user accounts, software access, and permissions using platforms such as Okta, Jira, and Google Workspace.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and oversee hardware refresh cycles, including purchasing, provisioning, configuring, and shipping devices.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure IT operations comply with security policies and responsible use of emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of IT experience, ideally within a SaaS or technology-focused company.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage IT operations in a remote-first environment, including zero-touch deployment and MDM-based device management.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Service Management.
- Strong technical aptitude with a willingness to adopt and champion new tools and technologies.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management capabilities.
- Effective communication skills with a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.
