Job Description:
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Monthly Compensation: 1,142 to 1,220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Schedule consultations and conduct structured follow-ups
Answer and manage incoming calls
Screen potential clients, gather key information, and create leads in LawMatics
Document all client communications accurately
Ensure adherence to firm SOPs and workflows
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on payments
Review and edit time entries for clarity and proper legal billing language
Maintain accurate documentation and manage intake calendars
Transition retained clients into active matters and notify internal teams
Prepare and send retainer agreements using firm templates
Requirements:
- Strong phone, communication, and client service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage high call volume
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with legal billing processes preferred
