Responsibilities:
The Growth Leader for Quantiphi’s HealthCare Life Science Division will spearhead strategic initiatives to drive growth, innovation, and market expansion. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive growth strategics, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare and life science industry.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with the division’s goals and objectives
Conduct market analysis to identify treads, opportunities, and competitive landscape
Create and manage detailed business plans to support the achievement of growth targets
Business Development:
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and acquisitions
Lead initiatives to expand the division’s market presence and customer base
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new services
Sales and Marketing:
Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and demand generation
Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives
Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure targets are met
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders
Serve as a primary point of contact for high-value clients and strategic partners
Gather and act on feedback from customers to improve products, services and customer satisfaction
Leadership and Team Development:
Lead mentor, and develop a high performing team of professionals
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement
Ensure alignment of team efforts with overall division goals and strategies
Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets for growth initiatives and projects
Track and report on financial performance, ensuring initiatives are cost effective and deliver a strong ROI
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure financial stability and growth
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, marketing, or related roles within the healthcare or life sciences industry.
Experience selling into Healthcare/Life Science industry
Experience managing & growing services in a Fortune 500 clients environment
Experience of selling Data, Platform, and/or Analytics solution
Proven track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives.
Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
Other Qualifications:
Experience in selling and or managing AI /ML/GenAI type of solutions is a big plus
Executive-level engagement experience
Healthcare industry experience is a big plus
Experience in managing contractual lifecycles including negotiating MSAs, SoWs and commercial constructs
Experience in consultative selling of professional services and solutions
Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills
Strong entrepreneurial skills to manage the overall account like a business including selling, delivery and hire/manage talent relevant to client delivery
