JITERA is the startup in Japan/Singapore with full remote environment. With the mission of “Build the Next Era of Software Development”, we are automating software development process using generative AI and our unique technologies. In this job, you would be in-charge of JITERA’s finance / accounting and business strategies, and any other related work with playing various roles so that we can build the next era of software development.

Requirements

Minimum qualification

• You can agree with our vision and can act with our value
• Deep understanding about start-up and start-up finance strategy
• Wide knowledge and experience about equity/debt finance, accounting, audit, IPO, subsidiary management, business planning, budget control, KPI analysis, IR, cap table, ESOP, and any other things related to finance
• Fluent in Japanese and English

Preferred qualification

• Project management experience in a software development company.
• Experience in a start-up or expanding organization

Work Styles

• Full remote. You can work from anywhere all over the world. Of course, you can also work from your home
• Full flextime system. You can work anytime in your time zone, but you need to attend regular team and company meetings
• Can work part-time during the probation if you have a full-time job

Selection Process

1. Culture interview (30 mins)
2. Technical interview (60mins) - 1-2 times
3. Final interview (30mins)
4. Probationary period (3-6 months)
