Job Overview

Jensen Hughes is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our recruitment team on a 4-6 month contract. This role is critical in building strong candidate pipelines through outbound sourcing and cold calling efforts. The ideal candidate is passionate about connecting with people, enjoys the thrill of the hunt, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and engage with potential candidates through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other outbound methods.

  • Conduct high-volume cold calls to identify, qualify, and attract top talent for current and future hiring needs.

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and target profiles.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Build and nurture a pipeline of passive candidates for various roles across the organization.

  • Represent the company professionally, delivering a compelling pitch to candidates about our culture, values, and opportunities.

  • Track outreach metrics and provide regular reporting on sourcing activities and success rates.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a sourcing, recruiting, or agency recruiting.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and engaging phone presence.

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and sourcing strategies simultaneously.

  • Comfortable with metrics-driven environments and achieving outreach targets.

  • Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).

  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
