Requirements
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, SMEs, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Ability to deliver process, tool, and functional training sessions within the relevant area
- Strong understanding of functional baseline, processes, and systems
- Knowledge of Lean methodologies with practical experience in their application
- Advanced technical expertise in tools and systems relevant to the functional area
- Ability to develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for IT enhancements and projects
- Strong communication skills across all formats (verbal, written, presentations)
- Basic project management skills, including planning, coordination, and follow-up
- Ability to develop clear procedures, playbooks, and training materials for the functional area
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
- Experience supporting or leading process improvements, system changes, or transformations
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software.
- Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
- Power BI/Power Automate/AI tools knowledge preferred
- Strong expertise in SAP and Kinaxis functionalities
