Requirements

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, SMEs, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Ability to deliver process, tool, and functional training sessions within the relevant area
• Strong understanding of functional baseline, processes, and systems
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies with practical experience in their application
• Advanced technical expertise in tools and systems relevant to the functional area
• Ability to develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for IT enhancements and projects
• Strong communication skills across all formats (verbal, written, presentations)
• Basic project management skills, including planning, coordination, and follow-up
• Ability to develop clear procedures, playbooks, and training materials for the functional area
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
• Experience supporting or leading process improvements, system changes, or transformations
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software.
• Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
• Power BI/Power Automate/AI tools knowledge preferred
• Strong expertise in SAP and Kinaxis functionalities
