The Enterprise Services Business Solutions Analyst is critical in our team's mission to link arms between our Business partners and our DevOps organization to deliver impactful business solutions that matter to Ivanti.

Our BA dives daily into the complexities of our business ecosystem, leveraging their business and IT acumen to help analyze and provide data driven recommendations for how Ivanti can best prioritize resources and efforts to enhance business process and the utilization of underlying systems. The Business Solutions Analyst collaborates with stakeholders (both internal and external) to identify and envision strategic changes to existing process states and develops the in-depth, concise business and system requirements needed to deliver those changes.

As a business or data analyst, you will have the opportunity to leverage your skills and knowledge in CRM and ERP systems, such as Salesforce and SAP, to optimize business processes and enhance customer satisfaction. You will also work in an agile and collaborative environment, using tools like Azure DevOps and Jira to manage requirements, track progress, and deliver value. Additionally, you will benefit from professional development opportunities, such as obtaining certifications in business or data analysis, that will boost your career and credentials.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Partnering with business stakeholders and IT DevOps to communicate and translate between strategic business changes and goals, and system and functional impacts and requirements.

• Actively analyze data on business processes and systems to identify areas and methods of optimization and reducing complexity (ex: AI, automation).

• Gather and report metrics and data needed for strategic guidance on the prioritization of business requests and the development of the product roadmap.

• Utilize administrative knowledge of CRM and/or ERP to help business understand how best to achieve their goals and understand architectural recommendations from COE.

• Create and maintain comprehensive business and technical requirements; write applicable use cases within Azure DevOps.

• Diagram business processes and perform data mapping activities.

• Operationally support Product Manager in monitoring deliverables and managing POD backlog and roadmap.

• Create and deliver presentations to business stakeholders and IT leadership.

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:

• Strong business process design, data analysis, and visualization skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

• Working knowledge and experience in operational function and administrative configuration of CRM and/or ERP systems (ex: Salesforce and SAP).

• Background and experience with Agile and/or SCRUM, and use of requirements tools such as Azure DevOps and/or Jira.

• Prefer: Business or Data Analyst certifications.
