About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project and Process Engineer to join our Concrete Systems Division. Reporting to the Engineering & Maintenance Manager, this onsite role is based out of our Chirnside Park site.

What You’ll Do

Make a difference: Manage CAPEX projects across the site, ensuring delivery on scope, time, and cost.

Innovate and solve problems: Design, implement, and optimise industrial processes to improve efficiency, safety, and quality.

Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams and contractors to deliver projects and process improvements.

Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to reduce downtime, improve line efficiencies, and champion ITW Toolbox projects.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
  • Strong commitment to safety and high-performance culture.
  • Ability to develop project budgets and timelines.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; experience with CMMS systems.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative thinking and passion for continuous improvement.
