As the Director of Project Management, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of projects across our organization. You will lead a team of project managers and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and implement project management processes, tools, and best practices to streamline project delivery and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling to optimize project timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively develop mitigation strategies to address challenges.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project management team, encouraging innovation and creative problem-solving.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on project portfolio management and resource allocation.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field, PMP certification is preferred.
- Proven experience of 15+ years in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in ROR projects would be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello) and familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions to drive business success.
- Flexibility to work during US shift hours (ET time zone) is essential for this role.
