Unlimited time off
We don’t count your days off. You can take as many as you need as long as it is reasonable and you let us know in advance.
Refer a new teammate
If you refer someone to any of our open position and they get accepted and works with us for at least 3 full months, you will get a $1,000 bonus.

Learning and development budget
We want you to grow with us, personally and professionally. If you want to take a course, on any topic that will help you with your work, we will sponsor it (depending on its price).
Home office budget
During every 4 years cycle period, you will be eligible to upgrade your laptop/PC. The amount will be based on your seniority: 1st year - Up to 50% and a maximum of $750 2nd year - Up to 50% and a maximum of $1,000 3rd year onwards - Up to 50% and a maximum of $1,250 We’ll also cover $250 for a second screen and $300 for desk and chair (1 time only), and $50 for Internet monthly.
