Isofttek Solutions Inc. is hiring a Senior Bench Sales Recruiter with 4+ years of hands-on experience in US staffing, specifically focused on marketing bench consultants (CPT/OPT, H1B, GC, US Citizens) and consistently achieving placements.
We are especially interested in candidates who can bring their own bench (consultants) and demonstrate placement success within the first quarter

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Bench Marketing: Proactively market CPT/OPT consultants using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
- Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.
- Rate Negotiation: Negotiate compensation rates effectively and close deals swiftly.
- Full Sales Cycle: Manage the complete bench sales cycle — from sourcing, submission, interview, to placement.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed placement targets, with a strong focus on CPT/OPT consultants.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in US Bench Sales with a verifiable track record of placements, especially in FY 2024.
- Job Boards: Must be highly proficient with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and related platforms.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Shift: Must be willing to work US night shift hours.
