We are looking for an experienced Senior Post-Sales Engineer with a strong background in IT infrastructure, system administration, and technical customer support. You’ll play a key role in delivering and supporting a cutting-edge server management platform, working directly with customers to implement solutions, resolve issues, and ensure smooth integrations. Your impact will be felt across critical operations, from architecture design to client success.

Responsibilities:

You’ll take ownership of customer relationships post-sale, guiding them through implementation, integration, and support. This includes:

Designing system architecture tailored to client needs.
Leading technical onboarding, training, and post-sales support.
Troubleshooting infrastructure issues across Windows and Unix/Linux environments.
Replicating and documenting bugs, product feedback, and enhancement requests.
Running online training sessions and maintaining documentation.
Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and product success.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in post-sales engineering, technical implementations, or infrastructure support.
Strong hands-on server infrastructure experience with Windows and Unix/Linux environments (ideally as a system administrator or infrastructure engineer).
Cloud expertise with AWS, Azure, and ideally VMware or Red Hat Virtualization.
Deep understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).
Experience working with APIs and designing systems that integrate across platforms.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
A proactive, adaptable, and customer-first mindset.
Strong English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency
