Infrastructure Engineer (windows server)

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with strong experience in Windows Server administration, PowerShell automation, AWS cloud environments, networking fundamentals, and Linux/Unix systems, also having experience in Post-Sales Engineering or similar roles.

In this role, you will work directly with customers after the sale to implement, integrate, troubleshoot, and optimize our infrastructure platform. You will serve as the technical owner for customer onboarding, ensuring smooth product adoption and long-term success.

This is a client-facing engineering role that requires both strong communication skills and deep hands-on technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server

• Write, maintain, and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts from scratch

• Deploy, support, and troubleshoot workloads in AWS

• Assist with cloud migrations and help ensure minimal downtime

• Troubleshoot connectivity between systems

• Lead onboarding, training, and implementation sessions with customer technical teams

• Own the technical relationship with customers after the sale closes

• Translate customer needs into workable technical configurations and integrations

• Provide clear, structured communication during troubleshooting and escalations

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in roles such as Windows Server Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer, Cloud Support Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Post-Sales/Implementation Engineer

• Strong hands-on server infrastructure experience with Windows Server and Unix/Linux environments

• Proven experience supporting enterprise customers in technical onboarding, troubleshooting, or implementation contexts.

• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills with the ability to write scripts from scratch

• Cloud expertise withAWS

• Solid networking foundation (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.)

• Ability to analyze server and application logs and perform root-cause analysis

• Familiarity with Azure, and ideally VMware or Red Hat Virtualization

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple customer issues in parallel

• A proactive, adaptable, and customer-first mindset

• Strong English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency
