- Develop technical account sales strategies for new and existing opportunities in the territory assigned.
- Contribute to product specifications with emphasis on customer requirements.
- Create abstracts, white paper outlines and content.
- Perform technical training for customers .
- Liaise with Account Managers to generate new opportunities for the company products and services.
- Liaise with customer services to resolve customer issues.
- Act as the Solution expert and point of contact on site at the customer location, maintain quality and focus and successfully manage the end to end solutions delivery process for projects with minimal direction.
- Develop and Manage customer relationship through the effective use of technical and business knowledge to address customer inquiries, concerns and future plans.
- Obtain customer technical information including existing technical architecture, technical requirements, future needs, and existing pain points.
- Translate business and user requirements into accurate system requirements/specification documents.
- Jointly develop project plans with the customers and the company in order to successfully manage the solutions that exceed the customer’s expectations.
- Provide technical leadership for business development including product demonstrations, RFI responses, and sales support for RFP/RFQ responses.
- Deliver engineering implementation, installation, commissioning and instruction services for substation and enterprise-based solutions using the products with minimal supervision.
- Ownership of aspects of project test plans including the creation, performance and customer acceptance.
- Support in the training program development and maintenance through the identification and creation of new courses to the upgrading of existing courses.

Prior experience with network troubleshooting tools including Wireshark and Fiddler. Working knowledge of common substation transmission communication architectures.

- This position is remote in Mexico City (or other city near to the international airport).
- Successful sales experience preferably in enterprise solution selling of products and professional services
