WE ARE HIRING : Photoshop Artist

Contract Duration: 2 Years
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Sri Lankan Working Hours
Work Arrangement: Work From Home (Remote)
Salary: Market rate remuneration (USD pegged)

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling compositions and enhance digital artwok with precision and artistry.

• Edit 3D architectural image and video renders to improve realism using Adobe Photoshop.

• Perform advanced photo/video retouching, color correction, and visual enhancements.

• Apply matte painting and compositing techniques to achieve photorealistic results.

• Use AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E) to generate supporting visual elements like backgrounds or objects.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest design technologies and trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Photoshop Artist, Digital Artist, or Graphic Designer in a professional setting.

• Strong understanding of lighting, angles, and environments for realistic rendering.

• Advanced skills in retouching, compositing, and color correction.

• Strong visual composition skills and an excellent eye for detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

• Effective communicator and a team player.

Tools & Technologies

• Expert-level Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro (or similar post-production software).

• Experience with Davinci Resolve is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI image generation tools is beneficial.
