Position: Lead Machine Learning Engineer

JOB ROLE

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in large, distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with ML algorithms and deep experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying large

  language models (LLMs).

• Strong experience with Python and a deep understanding of machine learning frameworks like PyTorch,
  Jax, and Scikit-learn.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying deep learning models in commercial products.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to technical and
  non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in mentoring and developing junior engineers in machine learning and software engineering
  practices.
• Expertise in designing AI systems that scale to millions of users.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across product, sales,
  and marketing

Responsibilities:

• Drive the vision and innovation for AI and machine learning initiatives.
• Lead the development of cutting-edge algorithms for real-world problems, focusing on large language
  models (LLMs) and their training and fine-tuning.
  Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring the adoption of emerging AI technologies and advancements in
  LLMs.
• Own the AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and product management strategies.
• Lead architecture design and implementation of scalable AI and data frameworks, focusing on LLM
  scalability.
• Manage cross-departmental collaboration, including software, product, and marketing teams.
• Implement and optimise scalable processes for managing machine learning projects from conception to
  deployment.
• Track and report on key milestones, meeting project goals and budgets.
• Allocate resources effectively and drive the team to achieve project objectives.
• Lead and develop the Artificial Intelligence Team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work
  environment.
• Champion company values and promotes a positive work culture.
• Partner with product management, sales, and customer-facing teams to deliver solutions that meet both
  technical and commercial objectives.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and results that drive commercial growth.
