Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.

• At least a 'B' pass for Combined Mathematics, Higher Mathematics, or Physics in A Levels.

• 'A' pass for English in Ordinary Level with excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Complete all training assignments on time, including online and virtual training as well as in-person training.

• Be involved in developing internal intellectual property (IP), e.g., planning models, and sales decks. Be involved in documenting existing models and producing user guides and training material.

• Proactively study and learn the technical capabilities and marketing strategies of company's technology partners by visiting their partner portals.

• Suggest improvements to the design and quality of the solutions being developed.

• Complete all admin functions in a timely manner, such as updating goals in BambooHR, our HR system, and recording and submitting time sheets in Harvest.

• Attend to service desk support tickets and resolve Level 1/ Level 2 support issues or requests. Track and monitor support cases to ensure timely resolution and follow-up, and keep stakeholders updated on status.

• Escalate unresolved issues to relevant Senior Engineer or Manager in a timely and efficient manner.

• Support the technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions and services to our clients.
