insightsoftware is seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Coordinator to join their global team. This role focuses on coordinating training programs, managing learning initiatives, and improving professional development across all levels of the company. The Coordinator will be responsible for logistical support for live training sessions, managing learning content in LMS, and contributing to employee support activities.
Requirements
- Coordinate start-to-finish logistics for live, virtual training sessions in APAC
- Produce live, virtual training sessions in APAC using Microsoft Teams
- Manage chat, Q&A, breakout rooms, polling, feedback and attendance tracking
- Create and update assessments in Questionmark tool
- Assist in curation and maintenance of training curriculum on LMS (Workday Learning)
- Create and update feedback surveys
- Conduct training needs assessments
- Evaluate training effectiveness
- Organize training data on L&D Reporting Dashboard
- Answer employee inquiries in JIRA ticketing system
- Other ad-hoc L&D duties
- Post graduate qualification (MBA/PGDM in HR, M.A. in Psychology, M.A. in Education, or equivalent) preferred
- 2+ years’ experience as an administrator/coordinator, preferably in HR, Learning and Development or related fields
- 1+ years' of Learning Management System administration experience; Workday Learning preferred
- Strong proficiency with MS Office; especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong proficiency with scheduling and managing events using Microsoft Outlook and Teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, self-starter who is able to work independently
- Strong problem solver with the ability to present issues clearly
