This role is based in our Customer and Digital function. The Future Experience (FX) team's goal is to create new revenue streams by exploring opportunities in new and adjacent markets and applying our intellectual property to solve next-gen business and customer problems. The introduction and development of Open APIs is a strategic objective for Insights and one of the key deliverables for the Future Experience Team.
Job Description
To help us deliver this key objective we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is based in the UK so open for hybrid or remote working.
You’ll have a passion for marketing, demand generation and data-driven decision making along with a desire to grow and learn in an innovative and rewarding team environment.
You'll be a seasoned B2B marketer, excited to work in a start up environment and deliver international campaigns. Working in close partnership with our Sales and Alliances teams, you will implement demand generation campaigns that generate sales opportunities from new and existing accounts.
Day to day in this position will involve:
- Working with the Adjacent Markets Manager and the Domain Dev Squad, you will develop the strategy to target our key verticals and audiences and deliver our demand generation objectives.
- Define campaign journeys and proactively optimise these across email automation, paid search, digital display, social media, lead nurture, landing pages, affiliate marketing, content syndication, events and more.
- Hold responsibility for the analytical reporting of campaigns across all channels, creating reports to support and inform the Head of FX. You will play the lead role in marketing funnel reviews to track performance of both campaign and sales funnel productivity.
- Curate compelling marketing content and assets that effectively drive our demand generation. Through our marketing automation platform, HubSpot, who will use this content to create impactful customer experiences.
- Be fully engaged with key functions, such as our Core Marketing and Sales teams, to understand collective goals and deliver successful projects.
Qualifications
- You will have a track record of delivering demand generation campaigns that produce results
- Previous marketing experience in a B2B environment with experience in SaaS demand generation
- Independent but willing to collaborate in order to achieve collective goals
- Ability to plan and maximise the use of resources, make the best use of time and hit deadlines
- Highly disciplined and organised, with well-honed self-management
- Excellent verbal and written communicator demonstrating imagination and creativity with an eye for detail
- Expert at project management and cross-functional/cross-regional collaboration
