Tixel was created in 2017 after our music-loving founders were burnt by a fake ticket scam. Not only did they miss a great Tame Impala gig, they also had no way of getting their money back. We knew there had to be a way for fans to access spare tickets at a fair price, without being at the mercy of bad actors. So we made one.

That's why we cap prices and offer advanced protection to both sellers and buyers to ensure no one gets ripped off. Because ticket resale should be safe and fair, whether you’re buying or selling.

Tixel keeps good company, partnering directly with some of the greatest events and artists across the globe. From celebrated artists like Rüfüs Du Sol to world class festivals like Beyond the Valley (AUS) and Boardmasters (UK), Tixel supports event promoters to verify resale tickets and provide a better experience for fans who are looking to buy or sell event tickets.
