Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and 6-8 years’ relevant experience
- Master’s degree in related field and 4-6 years’ relevant experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience leading an accounting function within a SaaS or professional services organization
- Previous experience in a Private Equity-backed environment
- NetSuite experience
- Knowledge of lifecycle contract administration for software development and SaaS
- Proven experience leading accounting workflows for mergers and acquisitions
