The Associate Consultant will provide support for the implementation, configuration, and training of Infor's Smart Series POS solutions for clients. The role will involve collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver services on time and within scope, providing both remote and onsite support as needed.
Requirements
- Experience with POS systems, particularly in the hospitality or quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry.
- Ability to comprehend technically complex system configurations and communicate technical specifications to non-technical individuals.
- Ability to travel up to 75–80% across the U.S.
