Technical Support Lead

Influ2 is a platform that delivers ads to specific people and tracks their engagement by name. We're looking for a Technical Support Lead to resolve complex technical issues and ensure seamless communication between teams and customers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of technical support experience
• 2+ years of experience in team management
• Understanding of web technologies
• Experience with Postman or similar API testing tools
• Experience with SQL DB
• Experience logs analysis and monitoring tools (Grafana)
• Familiarity with Zapier and Make
