We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer in Ontario or British Columbia who thrives in a fast-paced global team environment.
The UI/UX Designer will work on complex B2B software products. This role requires someone who excels in multi-stakeholder environments and can address the unique challenges of designing for diverse user groups in large organizations. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Figma and a history of delivering user-centered solutions for sophisticated business applications.
Core Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity design composites, and interactive prototypes using Figma as the primary design tool
- Collaborate with the design team to develop comprehensive user flows and journey maps
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions and validate assumptions
- Execute usability testing to validate design approaches and inform iterative design enhancements
- Champion user feedback and insights from support teams to maintain and exceed quality standards
- Advocate for design consistency and efficiency across the entire product suite
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience designing B2B, SaaS, or complex system interfaces
- Expert proficiency in Figma for all aspects of the design process
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
- Comfort with other standard design and prototyping tools
- Deep understanding of UX best practices, design patterns, and current interface trends
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on 2 or more complex products simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to engage stakeholders at various organizational levels
